Hi-

I am trying to set up calendars for team members.  To book meetings with our team clients must pay a fee for the meeting.  I want the payments to go through just one payments account either Stripe or Paypal? Is it possible to do that?  I don’t want each member to have to connect their own stripe or paypal account.

You set up both of those payment integrations at the account level rather than the individual event or per user. If you are the admin of a team you can assign payment routing through the accounts that you link and none that you don’t. A couple resources below.
