I am planning to buy Calendly subscriptions for my team but I have a question, If I am the administrator creating all the links for collective meetings for my team, do I have to pay just my subscription or every member of the team need to have a paid subscription?

Everyone on your teams account needs to have a team seat which is a paid subscription.
