Confirmation email spacing out each line

Did a search but surprisingly couldn’t find any existing topics on this. In the email confirmation body, text entered on a new line is automatically spaced 1 line width apart from the previous line. For example, this:

becomes this:

Is there any way to have lines not spaced out? I notice even in this forum box if I press enter it automatically adds 1 line width between. Why would they limit it like this?

Hi @mcrksman,

In both this forum’s text box and the confirmation email text box, pressing ‘enter’ triggers a new paragraph from an HTML perspective which is fairly standard for text boxes these days. There is no way to change it unfortunately.
