Hello, does anyone know why it says “conflict” on the email confirmation? And how to fix this? Image is attached with the message.

Hi @Saira - Thanks for reaching out.

A Conflict will appear when the event is booked over another event in your Calendar. If the event is marked as free, or on a different sub-calendar it might of not been picked up correctly by Calendly.

But this is just alerting you that you might have an extra booking at that time.

Let me know if you have any questions!

@David thank you

Do you know how I can find the conflict and delete it?

Hi @Saira - The full date and time should be in that conflict message, you’ll want to go to your Google Calendar and delete it from there: https://calendar.google.com/calendar

@David thank you again

I see the conflicting event, when I click on it in the confirmation email. However I cannot access the event by clicking on it, and it does not appear in the app for me to delete. Could it be on a sub-calendar? I never created one, not on purpose anyway. Any ideas on how I can delete it?

@David

This is what I see. I see the “Registration meeting” but it is not available on the app for me to delete or modify.
thank you

Hi @Saira - Just to confirm, is the registration meeting the Calendly event that was scheduled? If this was not the Calendly meeting, you can cancel it through the Google Calendar using the buttons at the top of the page:

Do you see these options when you select it? Let me know.
