How do I send calendly confirmation email that allows invitees to accept or decline the invitation via email ? Thanks very much for any assistance you can provide, thanks

Just to confirm, are you talking about an accept/decline section like this here?
 


If so, this happens when you use Calendar Invitations as the notification type. Email Confirmations don’t have this option at this time - my apologies! If you’d want to learn more about Scheduling Notifications, and how they’re sent, you can read more here: Calendly scheduling notifications


Hi David, thanks so much for the speedy reply. We had the confirmation emails sent to invitees originally with the accept or decline and it was working as we could then get the notification of acceptance or decline but then we needed to add some information to the body of the email sent, unfortunately in this process we lost the invites and cant figure out how to get it back?

I did some digging here - The other thing I could think of is if you use the Confirmation Workflow - there is an option to add a Reconfirmation Button within the email, I think this might fix the issue you’re seeing.
 

You can adjust this from the workflows page here: https://calendly.com/app/workflows/user/me
Once you edit the body of the workflow, you should see these options at the bottom of the page.
