I am trying to create a Custom Workflow that triggers an email to another person outside of my organisation but their email address isn't accepted. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to me; I was trying to notify a colleague (outside my organisation) that a meeting booking had been made.
- I created a new workflow, Workflow name Email reminder to someone else
- Event type just one
- When this happens Immediately
- Do this Send email to someone else
- Edit: Send email to someone else
- Whatever email address I enter comes back No results found
- I have made sure the email address is valid, exists in my email program or calendly file but it says “No results found”

Hey Warren!
Thanks for getting back.I took some time to test this on my end - Can you try typing the email in again, then press Enter when you fill it out? I believe the ‘No Results Found’ is looking at your contacts in Calendly, but pressing enter should allow you to enter the email directly. I’m getting the same thing in my account, but pressing enter allows me to finish adding the email.
