There doesn’t seem to be a way to reset the filter on the Contacts tab.

When I filter the contacts list, I see the filtered results. Fine so far.

 

Now I want to filter on a different name. I delete the old text, but the list does not refresh. When I enter the new name, the results do not appear. The workaround is to click on a different tab, then come back to Contacts to get a fresh list.

I suggest clearing your cache and cookies to try to resolve this. Oftentimes, little things like this get “caught in the cache” and it’s as simple as a reset! Completely close and restart your browser after you do this.

p.s. I noticed that you created four different topics, three of which are about the Contacts feature. In the future, you might consider creating one topic going over all of the issues you are having with a single feature in a bullet or numbered list -- this way, all of your answers are in one place, you aren’t getting a dozen notifications about answers from yours truly, and other community members searching for help later can see it all in a single post!
