Our Contacts list shows many, but not all, of the people who have made appointments. Why are some missing? The incomplete data makes the feature unusable.

The Contacts feature is still fairly new, and you will only see contacts automatically created for invitees that booked with you after Contacts launched as a feature. This was about 3 months ago. Are you noticing that the contacts that are missing are bookings from before that time, or after?

These are new invitees, signing up for appointments which have not happened yet. The slots were just created in the past month. Thanks.
