Correct event type

We would like to plan an event with 5 employees. This event runs from Tuesday to Thursday (working hours on Tuesday and Wednesday from 09:30–17:30 and on Thursday from 09:30–15:30).
Each day, three different employees are responsible for holding meetings. The meetings are scheduled in 30-minute intervals for each employee at the same time.

Which event type should we choose so that different customers can book an appointment with the three colleagues at the same time? And how should it be set up so that the appointments can be booked simultaneously?

Sounds like a great case for our Round Robin event type. In this case, you would need to have all employees added to your Calendly organization, from there, you can add them to the Round Robin event and have Calendly manage the distribution! Keep in mind, you would need to be on the Teams plan in order to use Round Robin events
