Correct zoom link?

How do I check that the zoom link that has been set up in my calendly is actually correct? I can’t find a way to open it to check if I need to change it….

To check your Zoom link in Calendly, go to the event type, click "Edit," and check the "Location" section where the Zoom link is set. If it doesn’t look right, re-select Zoom as the location to generate a new link. Save any changes, and use "Preview" or create a test event to ensure it’s working properly.

    I’ve got a company zoom link. How do I ensure it’s that one that’s used and not a personal one?

    Do I remove zoom in the link (as above) and choose custom and put the abbreviated link in there?

    I’m finding I’m in a meeting waiting adn they’re in a different lobby waiting….

    If you want to ensure your company Zoom link is used, you can remove the Zoom option in "Location" and instead select "Custom." Paste your company Zoom link there, and it should connect correctly. This way, your invitees will join the same link without being directed to a personal meeting room.
