Hello,

I am interested to know how to setup my new account, and to which plan should i upgrade.

  • We have counseling clinic and we have consultants who work with us, the consultants will have their calendar linked to us, so we can have their availability, and they can get their schedule ones someone booked.
  • Do we need an account with few seats or 1 seat only?
  • Also, Do we need to provide an access for each consultant or we just need to link their calendar to our account in order for us to confirm counseling with them?
  • Can we have different prices for each consultant or we need different even for each?

Hi @Clarity00164 - Thanks for reaching out!

So in this case, this would require an account for each Consultant that books their own meeting. The issue we run into is that while you can connect up to 6 calendars in the same account, you can only add events to one. Each calendar thats added, its availability will be applied to the events in your account. With this in mind, this is how I’d set it up:

  • Set up an account for each Consultant, and connect their calendar
  • Once created, you can combine these users under the same organization so you can have an easier time managing it: You can read more on this here: How to add or remove users and seats
  • Each account can have their own events and meetings created, therefore each event can have a different price. Keep in mind, these require an integration with either Paypal or Stripe

This can be done using our Standard Plan, let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks for the feedback, but what if i dont need them to have the event booked in their calendar? I only need my calendar to have the event. Do i still need account for each?

I also need to collect payment for each consultation, therefore i will need to link a payment gateway which is not Paypal. Do you have any suitable gateway in the Philippines?

Hi @Clarity00164 - Thanks for reaching back out.

I would still recommend an account for reach one. The problem is that every calendar thats connected to your account Calendly will look at for any busy events and block off that time for all events in the account. You could use our overlapping meetings feature, but it would take time to setup for each user. You can read here for more information:

The only options we have at the moment are PayPal or Stripe, other payment methods would need to be linked to the customer when the meeting is booked, or during the meeting.
