Hi Everyone,

I’m new to this product and still getting familiar with its features. I’ve been trying to resolve a couple of issues but haven’t found a clear solution yet. I’d really appreciate your help!

  1. Is there a way to increase the custom duration of an event beyond 12 hours, for instance, to 18 or 24 hours? Or is there a specific reason why 12 hours is the maximum? It seems like this should be adjustable based on the unique needs of different service providers.

  2. If I run a spa and offer a three-day weekend cleansing package, how can I allow customers to select both a start date and an end date? Currently, my setup requires customers to book both the check-in and check-out separately, which feels cumbersome.

  1. Yes, the current limit for duration on events is set to 12 hours, there isn’t quite a way around this outside of adjusting the event in your calendar after the customer books.
  2. I think the way you have it setup now is the best way to go about it. Because multiple day events are not supported, having a event for check-in and check-out would be the way I would set it up personally.

Both of these are features that have been requested before - So I’ve sent your post over to our product team! They’ll be able to review further from there. Hopefully we can see this in the future, being able to support multi-day events would give you a lot more flexibility I’m sure.
