How do i make sure all email are received in inbox ??

Hi @Parag41271!

Thanks for reaching out here. In this case, it looks like this is an issue with Google’s Spam filtering. Sometimes, Calendar Invitations are seen as Spam by Google and blocked automatically. But these are usually cleared by going to your spam folder, and marking is as Not Spam, this should also resolve it for all future invitations as well.

Additionally, you may want to consider using a different Notification Type for that event. Right now, it looks like you are using Calendar Invitations, which means the event is added to your Calendar first, and then your calendar sends an invite to the user. Your other option is to use Calendly’s Email Confirmations, so Calendly is in charge of the notification instead. You can read more on this here: Invitee Notification
