Hi,

I have had a client say that when she booked through calendly she accidentally put in the wrong email address. Instead of .com she put in .cim

She emailed me confirming I still got her booking and I never had. Even though she put in .cim I’m guessing I still should of got the reservation? 

She then said the payment has come out of her bank account. She used apple pay. 

 

I got paid out from stripe today but it didn’t include hers. 

What is my next step? Thanks.

Hi ​@Melissa20261, apologies but I had to remove your email and the screenshot of your transactions because that violates our personal information rules.

 

To your questions, next steps would be to make sure you see the booked meeting on your calendar. If you don’t see the meeting on your end, then it didn’t get booked. Stripe integrates into Calendly but we don’t have anything to do with their payment processing. Apologies because this puts you in the tough position of needing to talk to financial institutions to get to the bottom of whether or not a payment went through. I’m really not in a position to give you guidance on that but I can say that Calendly doesn’t process payments nor do we coordinate their notifications.
