Does anybody know how I would have a different experience (or Event type) based on the email address of the user? 

 

For example, I would like to provide a link in my email signature where people can book me. Ideally, that link would have the user first confirm their email address which would then give them the type of Event Type(s) that I have set for that internal user. I have an Event Type for my boss (more availability and hours) that’s dramatically different from someone that reports to me.

 

I’d like to be able to provide one link, or few, instead of sending one each time a different person emails me and proposes a meeting.

At this time, the closest thing we have to being able to route users based on a name or email is through our Routing Forms! With Routing Forms, you can direct visitors to specific people or destinations based on factors like company size, name, email, domain and more. This is something you can setup from scratch so you have full control over which events specific users can be routed.
