Date availability

Long-time Calendly user here. I have set up a new event in Calendly but cannot get the date to show up as available on the calendar. Would be grateful for any suggestions to resolve this.

Hi ​@LeahA6432 - Thanks for reaching out and include the screenshot.

Can you select the Troubleshoot button on the Booking Page and select the 23rd? This will give you a specific response on why that date not be available. This article gives you more background on each error and the process all together: How to use Calendly's Troubleshoot Tool

Hi ​@LeahA6432 - Thanks for sending this back.
 

The Duration error here means that the duration of the event is longer than the availability that was allowed.

For example, if the duration of the event is 3 hours long, but the availability is only opened from 2-3pm, it would not be able to be booked as the duration cannot fit within that time frame. Instead, you will either need to decrease the duration, or increase the availability. Either one would resolve this! 😁
