In this case, it looks like you created a one-off event and set it to reserve times. In this case, if you’re offering it to multiple people, I would recommend using a one-on-one or group event to schedule these out. The one-off meeting is great, but it is single-use, then becomes inactive.
If you’d like to delete the one-off event and remove the reserved times, you can do so from the Pending Tab on your meetings page here: https://calendly.com/app/scheduled_events/user/me?period=pending&status_ids%5B%5D=active&host_ids%5B%5D=host
Deleting this would allow those times you screenshotted to appear.
