In the Admin section, I have cancelled the scheduled appointments in a range of dates.Now in my calendar on the scheduled appointment it shows Deleted. In addition, the trace of the appointment in the scheduled events remains on the Calendly website. Is it possible to permanently delete an appointment from scheduled events?

You can’t exactly delete an appointment from scheduled events, but you can delete a lot of the PII (personal identifiable information) associated with the event. You can learn all about deleting personal data in Calendly here.
