Deleting a reserve time

Question

If a one-off meeting invite is sent with the times offered being held in a calendar and the the meeting is not booked, how do we delete the holds in Calendly?

Hey there, @Heather20203- great question, and thanks for posting!Firstly, check out ourNew User Guide- it’ll def prove helpful as you get used to the platform!Here’s a note from our Help Center’sOne-Off Meetingarticle:NoteThe reserved times will be removed once the event is scheduled or the pending event is deleted. However the removal may take several minutes to process after the action is taken in the Calendly application.With that said - if your one-off meeting hasn’t been booked in due time, you will need to head to your “scheduled events” tab > click “pending” > delete the one-off meeting entirely. This will also remove all reserved times, but it might take a few minutes to update!I hope this helps!Click “scheduled events” on the lefthand side of your account > click “pending” > click “delete” on your one-off meeting
