Description gets erased

Well that’s definitely not ideal! Can you tell me a bit more about when it’s happening and where? I just checked on my instance (Chrome, new event) and it was working as intended, so let’s see if we can figure out what’s happening on your end.

Also, please verify that you have tried restarting your browser and clearing your cookies. Sometimes strange text box behavior happens on online tools and a good reset fixes everything.

I want to type something in this blue box, but it gets erased as I type. But since the Calendly update, things happen, for example this blue button of submitting this question. It is way long and says Submit maybe 100 times. A lot of bugs as you can read! 

Hey there @Ezra15606 - so sorry to hear this is happening! Can you try the following for me and let me know if the issue persists? 

1. Clear you cache and cookies (steps below) - then restart your browser
2. Check to see if your browser app has any updates to run - run them - restart your computer
3. Try a different browser (Chrome is best, Safari or Firefox are great too)
4. Try an incognito or secret browsing window
5. Check to see if your computer has updates that need run - run them - restart your computer

How to clear browser cache

If this does not resolve your issue, please let us know and send any further screenshots or details that might help us troubleshoot!
 

In Chrome blijft hij bugs geven, ook na het lege van cache.

In Firefox incognito venster lijkt het nu wel goed te gaan!

Wat de Chrome-problemen betreft, zou ik het geen "bug" noemen, maar waarschijnlijker aannemen dat er iets aan de hand is met uw browser. Als u wilt doorgaan met het oplossen van dit probleem, probeert u alle bovenstaande stappen (werk uw Chrome-app bij, verwijder deze en installeer deze opnieuw, update uw computer, wis het cachegeheugen en cookies enzovoort) en als u nog steeds vastzit, neem dan contact op met Google Chrome-ondersteuning om kijk of ze kunnen helpen! Anders ben ik zo blij dat je verder kunt gaan in een andere browser! Laat het ons weten als je meer hulp nodig hebt!

Hello! I am so glad to hear things are working in Firefox for you. Regarding the Chrome issues, I would not call it a "bug" but more likely assume there is something going on with your browser. If you want to continue troubleshooting that, try all the steps above (update your Chrome app, uninstall and reinstall it, update your computer, clear cache and cookies and so on) and if you are still stuck, reach out to Google Chrome support to see if they can help! ik noemde het een bug omdat ik verder alles doe in Chrome en nergens last van heb. Alleen Calendly doet raar. 

Maar ik ga uw punten opvolgen en desnoods met Firefox werken (Voor Calendly).
