Since I cannot choose my currency (I saw the thread for this topic already), would there be the possibilty for my clients to choose how they wanna pay?

 

Now I can select between 

  • no payment
  • payment with stripe (only 5 currencies available)
  • payment with paypal (only 5 currencies available)

why not create another choice where they can pay by invoice? As soon as they booked, I send them directly and personally (or automated) an invoice and they can pay via bank transfer.

 

Would really help me, since I’m loosing customers via Calendly when they cannot pay in their currency.

That’s a great approach.

To do this, I’d recommend leveraging a follow up Workflow that sends out a link to your payment portal. I know we’ve had more than a few customers leverage Stripe’s Payment Links. I would assume PayPal has something similar.

You can set how soon after booking the Workflow triggers, what it says, and more. Head on over here to learn more about Workflows.
