I'm having an issue with the Calendly scheduling system. I’ve set specific hours during which people can call and book appointments. However, I’ve noticed that some time slots are disappearing from the system, but I’m not receiving any notifications by email or within Calendly itself. How can I find out who scheduled those appointments?

Two things I would check here in this case:

  1. You can use our Troubleshooting tool to see why specific times aren’t appearing on the booking page. There are a few things that could cause this so its a good place to start: How to troubleshoot unavailable hours
  2. You can also view your meetings page to see any upcoming or new bookings that were made. So if they don’t appear in your calendar, you can view bookings here: https://calendly.com/app/meetings/user/me
