I just upgraded to a paid version last week.  Set an entire month of date specific availability, yes my Select All is active on events.  Log into today (on the web only, I don’t even have the app at this point) and EVERY single one is gone.  As well as my work schedule defaulting back to 9am-5pm.  

Brand new user and already issues… Not a good look for Calendly.

This is beyond frustrating, and hopefully I can add all the data BACK in before a client books on an unavailable time.

Oof. That is definitely not a great experience. I just checked with my support peers and we don’t currently have any known bugs for the web version (and the mobile version is resolved). But what they did share is that they have seen a few cases where an out of date browser or a slow-to-update/out-of-date cache is bringing in old data. If you’re still seeing the wrong thing, try clearing your cache.

Let us know. I’d really like to figure out what happened so we can prevent it from happening again!
