We are using Calendly as a round-robin team event where our clients are not aware of an assigned staff member before the day of their call.  We do not use our personal emails to connect with clients, for privacy purposes, but those emails are linked to our calendars.  Clients are somehow using personal emails to connect with staff members directly about calls, and we’re trying to sort out how these clients are getting our direct contact info.

Notifications clearly indicate that a noreply email is used for confirmations and reminders; however, workflows do not have that option.  Is they only way to use noreply emails to use notifications?  If it can be used in workflows - how?

Hi @MorganPNW - Thanks for reaching out!

You should be able to configure your Workflows to use No-Reply emails by editing the email under the ‘Do This’ section. There should be a dropdown to choose which email to send from at the top:

One thing to keep in mind, this is available for shared events, but not Events under Team Pages just yet - But we’re working to add on to this in the future!

Let me know if you have any questions on this.

Thank you.  We are using the workflows under a team page which explains why we are not able to make this customization.

While we wait for this function to be added in the future - do you suggest we switch to using event notifications under the team event (instead of workflows) in order to use notifications or noreply @ calendly emails?

Yes, definitely! Workflows and Event Notifications essentially work the same - Only Workflows allow you to apply them to multiple events at once. You shouldn’t any difference when switching between the two. 🙂
