Is it possible to allow two different people to book at the same time using the invite link? We have multiple recruiters working under the same link, so it should be possible for more meetings to be booked at the same time.
How can we allow for this?

Hmm. I’d recommend looking at the various Calendly event types to see which would work best for you. More on that here.
The quick overview on the relevant events and how it might impact you:
One-on-one: Sounds like this might be what you’re using right now, but it only allows what the name says - one host and one invitee at a time.
Group: If you want to be able to schedule groups or batches of people in a specific time slot with a maximum capacity (optional), this could be an option. Just keep in mind the location has to be the same for all.
Round Robin: Would allow you to send out a single link that finds the recruiter with availability and assigns it to them. If you’ve got multiple recruiters, you’d have multiple slots.
