Hello,

I made a poll and sent this out to two collogues to test, I now want to

  1. delete these two as voters
  2. delete their responses
  3. send out the poll per usual

What are my steps to complete 1. and 2.?

If I need to make a new poll, what are the steps to duplicate the date selected to a fresh poll?

Related, at what point will polling “close”?

Hey there @AmeliaR -- thanks for your post, and great questions!

Please read more, here: Meeting Polls! This article answers all of your questions, above.

  1. Head to “scheduled events” > pending > click to edit your meeting poll

If an unwanted person votes in your poll, you can remove them before you schedule the meeting.
To do so, select Book Meeting Time. You'll see a list of invitees where you can select remove next to any invitee.
  2. Please see above! =)
  3. Share your meeting poll as normal, after you’ve done this

You cannot duplicate a meeting poll, so if for any reason you ever find yourself needing to start over, you’d want to delete the original and create a new one from scratch.

I hope this helps!

When I head to “scheduled events” > pending > click to edit your meeting poll:

I am just seeing the event name/ name of the meeting, created date and duration, zoom details, location , number of invitees who voted etc.

I am not seeing names.

How do I navigate to see the names?
