I want to set up a collective event type where I have one host that always attends and then it rotates through two other hosts each time. Basically I want to be on each panel and for Calendly to choose two other hosts for the event from the round robin pool (and not just one). Is it possible to edit the number of hosts chosen from the pool?

Oh that’s an interesting idea - which also unfortunately means that isn’t possible right now. We can do multiple fixed hosts and pick one person from a Round Robin pool, but not multiple individuals from the pool.
I’ll pass the idea up to our Product team!
