I have an event that I would like to share it with another Calendly user so that they can edit the event. I have tried using several names/emails/links but it says “member not found.” What is the correct format? I’m on the free version, but I’m not adding seats. I’m just trying to add someone so they can edit the event.

Additionally, does anyone know if Calendly is working on the language editing option?

Hey @Katelyn34535 !

Great question, thanks for reaching out on this!

With Calendly, you can only add or share events with other users that are in the same organization with you. This means you would need to upgrade to a paid plan, and invite that user to join you using these steps. Outside of this, there is not a way to add additional users to events on a free plan, apologies there isn’t a way to workaround this!

In regards to your second question, could you tell me a little more on the language editing option? Were you looking for ways to add in your own language to your booking pages? Just want to be sure before I take a look on my end. 😀

Oh, I understand. Thank you.

Regarding the language question, I had a made a post recently asking if there was a way to add my own translation to my booking pages. Currently, my language is not among the offered translations. I could very easily translate the text, but there are no options to do so.

Ah got it - I see your post now. Currently Calendly does not have a way to add your own translation outside of editing the event title, description, and invitee questions. But like Jillian Mentioned in the original post, we’ve shared the request with our Product Team. There is not currently a timeline on when this will be available, but with more support, hopefully we can get this feature out in the future!

As an added, our booking pages can be translated with the Google Translate extension, so it could be used as a workaround in the meantime. 😀

Sorry I don’t have better news at the moment, but let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for your reply. Fingers crossed for making Calendly more accessible to the world.
