i want to add a banner or image to the confirmation email that my invitees would see after booking, please help

At this time, there is not an ability to include attachments or embed images with invitee booking notifications or reminders. I’m sorry!
You can customize your email confirmation’s text field! You can also set up Workflows and customize those reminders, followups and more.
Additionally, you can include hyperlinks to outside sources. I know this is not exactly what you wanted, and I totally get it’s a bummer, but do hope the info is useful!
