Question

Once I have created an event and it has been booked for the available time slots, can I apply a rule so that it disappears as an option? It will not allow additional bookings, but I would like it to disappear altogether. Do you think this is an option?

Hello!If by “disappear” you mean you’d like the event to no longer exist, then this is not something that will happen automatically with regular event types. However, you can always delete an event type! Deleting an event type will not impact bookings already made for it - those bookings will remain under “scheduled events” > “upcoming” and on your add to calendar without issue. That said, if you use aOne-Off Meeting, this will “disappear” once booked. One-off meetings appear under “scheduled events” > “pending” until booked, then move to “upcoming events” once booked and the single use link becomes invalid.I hope this helps!
