- I can’t edit the fees which I entered once for an event type. Edit event > more options > payments (where the old amount shows), shows payment processor > Integration. There is no option available to edit the amount I entered once. I find it strange ! Let me know if there is any way to edit that amount
- How can someone book my hourly slots in bulk, instead of going through the whole booking process for each hour ?

Hi
Thanks for the detailed questions!
On the payment front - yes, you can change the amount on an existing paid event type, but you’ll need to do it from the event’s Payment section on the web app (desktop browser), not from the integrations page itself.
Please try these steps (again; it sounds like you’re in the right place already but let’s make sure!):
-
Go to your Scheduling page (formerly “Event Types”) while signed in on a computer browser.
-
Select the event in question and choose Edit.
-
At the bottom of the editor, click More options.
-
Open the Payment section.
-
Make sure Require payment to book this meeting (Stripe) or Accept payments with PayPal is selected.
-
Update the Amount and (if needed) the Currency, then Save changes.
If instead of an amount field, you only see something like Payment processor → Integration with no editable price:
-
Make sure you’re editing from the web app, not the mobile app (mobile currently has a more limited payment configuration view).
-
Confirm your Stripe or PayPal account is still connected under Account → Integrations, then return to the event and reopen More options → Payment; disconnect/reconnect can refresh the configuration if something got stuck.
-
As a quick workaround, you can also duplicate the event type, set the new fee on the copy, and use that new link going forward.
If you still can’t see an editable amount field after trying this in a desktop browser, that’s likely a bug or account‑specific issue. In that case, I’d recommend contacting Calendly Support with a screenshot of your More options → Payment section so they can dig into your specific setup.
Regarding booking bulk events… Calendly doesn’t currently support letting an invitee select and book multiple separate time slots in a single booking/checkout. Each scheduled time is its own booking, so they would need to walk through the flow once per time slot they want to reserve.
There are a couple of common workarounds, depending on what you’re trying to do:
-
If you want multi‑hour blocks in one go (e.g., 2–3 hours at once):
Set the event duration to match the full block (for example, a 2‑hour or 3‑hour event) or use multiple durations on the same event (e.g., let invitees choose 1 hour vs. 2 hours) so they can book one longer session instead of several 1‑hour ones. -
If you’re selling multi‑session packages (separate days/times):
Calendly doesn’t currently support “packages” where someone pays once and books several dates in a single flow. tThis is an active feature request we’re tackling internally. A common approach is:-
Have them book and pay for the first session.
-
Use the confirmation page, notifications, or workflows to send them back to the same event type (or a secret follow‑up event) to schedule their remaining sessions individually.
-
Hope this helps!
