After working perfectly today i had 3 important events with new customers that were logged on calendy and email confirmation sent out but not added to my dairy ??? this has potentially cost me 3 new clients … not happy what could be the cause and whats the solution?? thanks in advance

When you say “...customers that were logged on calendy and email confirmation sent out...”
- “customers that were logged on calendy” - Were the potential customers using your booking page to book time with you? Or were they logged into their own Calendly accounts and you booked time with them via their booking links?
- “...email confirmation sent out...” - Assuming they were using your booking link, this makes me believe that they booked time with you but didn’t accept the meeting invite and thus it wasn’t scheduled. When an invitee books time with you, they have to accept the calendar invite. This is a basic feature of all online calendars and not something Calendly can control. Also, sometimes invitees accidentally decline the request. That is something to check on.
- One last thing to check is that your invitee
may have inadvertently cancelled your meeting and so it would be deleted from your calendar. You can check this in your Meetings Page by navigating to past meetings. Would you mind taking a look and seeing if you have any cancelled meetings?

Its just happened again ….. so frustrating .
so firstly nothing has changed my end actually …. i am using some traking software with a google add campaign could that interfere with the calender booking ???
My prospective clients are using a calendy link on my website im sent confirmation via email from calendy and the event is logged to the calendy schedule though does not sync with my calender.
other events of the same type do sync its just some that dont …. and i have no idea why.

Two things we can do here moving forward:
1. You can try disconnecting and reconnecting your calendar from your connections page here: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings
During this process I recommend taking the time to verify what is set as the Add to Calendar here:

From here, make a few test bookings with yourself to see if it works.
2.If the issue is still ongoing, I would reach out to our support team either via chat or by emailing support@calendly.com. They can dig a bit deeper into what might be going on here!
