I did some digging here and I think you would need to copy the meeting link from Microsoft Teams directly, instead of the link thats populated on the Calendly invite. I’m not super familiar with Fathom so any other input you can give me would be great!

Let me know if copying the link from Teams directly works or not.

thank you. When someone books with me through Calendly, it creates a url with Calendly vs a teams link which fathom doesn't recognize.

FWIW I am also engaging with fathom to find a solution in parallel

Hi George - Thanks for letting me know.

Yeah this might be an issue with how Calendly links over to the meeting itself. Because we don’t populate with the direct meeting link, instead its a link that connects the two together. I wonder if this could be an easy change on Fathom’s side that they could make.

Otherwise, you may need to grab the link from teams directly as I said before. There is not a way to change the link thats auto populated at this time.
