Greetings,

The business case we have is the following.

We are currently transitioning to Admin Managed Event Types for scalability reasons,

and we noticed we had fewer options regarding the merge fields related to the host.

 

The only merge field available is “{{my_name}}”, however, on personal event types,

we have access to a lot more information, such as phone number or the personal emails.

 

Our request boils down to this:

Could it be possible to have the same depth of merge fields regarding the confirmation/cancelation emails in the admin managed event types as in the personal event types?

 

This type of personalization is at the core of our company culture and would be really helpful.

Just so I’m understanding - Are you referring to the variables to include booking information within the Email Confirmations like so?
 


Could you include a few screenshots of what you’re seeing as well? Just want to make sure I get all of the correct information together before I send this on your behalf. 🙂
