I would love to see two meeting page additions to help streamline communications. I work in education and my students are...teenagers and are not very adept at email use (yet). I would love to see a first addition of “Resend Meeting Invite/Details” button added. Kids/parents lose or cannot find the confirmation email so it would be great to be able to ad hoc send that instead of waiting for automations to run.

 

Secondly - I would love a request to rebook button that is a middle ground of the two button options currently available. Currently I can either reschedule for them (me picking the times) or cancel completely (they don’t get prompted to rebook). This 3rd option would cancel an upcoming meeting but instead of outright cancelling - it would immediately ask them to pick a new time in the email or notice.

For your first request - This is something I’ve seen requested before, and I can get this passed along to our product team to review!

For the second request, we’ll have some changes coming down the pipeline that will give you two options after you select the Reschedule button. You’ll be able to reschedule the meeting OR you can share new times to meet so they can select a time that works for them! It will look something like this:
 

 

I don’t quite have a timeline on this , but it will be an option soon!
