Feature Request: Admin Access to Set User’s Availability

I’m looking to centrally manage my team’s availability. As is, only users can set their own availability, but for my organization's use-case, this would be much better if we could centrally manage this. Cal.com has a version of this that let’s you impersonate your team members to achieve setting properties that can only be updated by the user (ie, not accessible via the admin).

Feature RequestAPI Endpoint to Set Availability

The ability to manage availability of team member’s through an API endpoint. This would mean that we could collect availability within our our application and then programmatically configure their Calendly availability.

Hi @TimJrd,

These are great ideas. I’ll pass them along to our Product team!

I have a need for this too!

We have a bunch of “office hour” events (one for each topic). We utilize round robin to assign to a teammate. Not every teammate is on every event, and each teammate has a different block of time they are supposed to be available for the office hour. It is not convenient to have to manually set each teammates availability block every time our shift blocks change.

We have n automation to update these teammates availability blocks for other workflows so it would be nice to have a POST/PATCH endpoint for calendly i could tie into our automation.
