I do not want my primary work calendar to have access to my other calendars...even to subscribe to iCal feeds that only share busy times (for fear that an admin on our work platform could identify a personal email address associated with an iCal feed)I What I would like to have happen is for Calendly to check my other calendars and place "busy" slots onto my work (primary) calendar. Is this possible?

Hi @Jeffrey50470!

Calendly won’t be able to place busy slots on your primary calendar from your personal calendar, but you can sync up to 6 calendars in Calendly and scheduling through Calendly will respect availability from all connected calendars. This is how I have my Calendly setup. It pulls in availability from my personal calendar and my work calendar separately and helps ensure I don’t get booked when I’m busy.

If ensuring busy blocks from your personal calendar do make it on your native work calendar, I’d suggest looking into something like Reclaim to help with this. I’ve used that tool for a long time to help ensure my busy blocks from private calendars make it on to my work calendar as just ‘busy’ blocks. I know there are other tools that do this too, but that’s the one I’ve personally used.

Thank you!
