Hello,

Is it possible to only output the first name of the event organizer as a variable in the notifications?

I have a sentence there 
"{Event organizer name} is looking forward to the conversation!"

Instead of

“John Doe is already looking forward to the conversation!”

It should just say “John is looking forward to the conversation.”

How do I achieve this?

Hi @Dodo,

 

At the moment Calendly doesn’t support the type of customization you are describing as an automated feature. You can however enter custom text in your notifications and manually type your name in that field.
