I noticed the footer of the emails sent to my (admin email) when a appointment is booked has a “pro tip” that keeps changing everyday.   I’m using email parsing to automatically update records and it seems that this “pro tip” is changing the format of the email and breaking my parsing rules.  What can I do?

Is it possible to send the “custom confirmations” to a different email/additional email?

Hi @Eclipse - Thanks for reaching out.

At this time, there is not a way to disable the ‘Pro-tip’ section that are sent to your email. Are you using it to update records regarding upcoming meetings? I do know a lot of our users will utilize the Zapier integration to connect Calendly with 3rd party apps like Google Sheets or Excel to update records automatically - directly through Calendly. You can read more on this here: Calendly + Zapier

In regards to sending confirmations to another user, you have two options here:

  1. You can use our Workflow editor to send an email to someone else, once a new event is booked. Just head over to your Workflows section, and select  +New WorkflowHow to send Workflow emails to non-meeting participants
  2. Another way would be to utilize the Forwarding option within your email directly, so you can send any emails you receive to another address, automatically.
    • For Google usersAdd a forwarding address in Gmail settings, then create a filter. To forward all Calendly notifications, filter by sender addresses notifications@calendly.com and
no-reply@calendly.com. You can also filter by event titles in the subject line for specific events.
    • For Office 365 or Outlook.com usersSet up a forwarding rule in the Outlook Web App. The steps for Outlook desktop users may vary depending on the version.

Let me know if you have any questions on this!

So, the correct answer, which I'm surprised wasn't suggested was to create a "Work Flow" and "Send to Another Email" since the templates are completely customizable within that feature.
