Hi,

As far as I have seen, additional free timeslots must be configured within calendly. However, I should have a way to define free booking times in my Apple calendar (or google calendar) for which calendly events can then be booked.

Is that possible?

Hi @WernerK,

Calendly is a tool that sits on top of your digital calendar and schedules meetings based on your availability in that calendar. Beyond that you can set scheduling general rules for each of the Events Types you create in Calendly. When you say “define free booking times” you mean times of day I’m available for people to book meetings with me, then the answer is ‘yes’ you set those in Calendly. In most calendar clients you can set up some version of working hours. Calendly will also read these as conflicts and not schedule at those times. I’m leaving some resources about setting schedules and date specific hours for your Event Types. For setting working hours in your Apple or Google calendar I would suggest checking out the respective documentation and forums on their domains. Hope that helps.
