Hey there @MandM16767 - there sure is! You can click a little box each time you share a booking link that makes that link single-use. This will mean that as soon as it’s booked, it becomes inactive. You will only want to share each single-use link with one invitee, by design - just to clarify for you!
You can read more here: Share Your Calendly Link. Also, keep in mind that any time you create a One-Off Meeting that link will be single-use, as well.
You can also check out this short Loom video I created for you, where I go over exactly how to generate these single-use links!
I hope this helps - but let me know if you run into any snags. I’ll be here! Otherwise, I do hope you have a great day.
p.s. check out our New User Guide - it’s super helpful while you learn the ropes!
@MandM16767 - oops, one more thing!
While you’re at it, if your goal is to keep invitees from booking free appointments, make your event type secret as well. This way, the only invitees that can book with you will be the invitees you send those single-use booking links to, gone over above. The secret event type will not show up on your public booking page for anyone else to see and book. See below for how!
Thank you! This does help. As of right now, only people who purchase an appointment will be emailed a link from us.

Wonderful - so glad that it was helpful! Good luck with what you’re doing - and let us know if you need anything else. =)
Is there a way to make a single use link for a managed event?
Here is our situation: an account manager wants to offer a customer to set up a call with a CSM so they send the Calendly link for their CSM but the customer is then going back and setting up several calls for the future when really we wanted to offer them to set up one call for their current need.
Hey there, @Kris25264 -- great question! I can see how that would super be frustrating, and something you’d def want to put a stop to ASAP.
You sure can create single-use links for Admin Managed Events. See below to learn how!
P.s. check out our Company Admin Guide for tons of great tips + tricks to help you learn the ropes!
Edit: you might also want to check out our Customize Once and Share tool for this use case. Just so you have options! This would allow the CSM to use an existing one-on-one event type to make changes specific to a single invitee they want to send a link to (updates to availability, meeting duration and start time increments, for example). The link shared from here is automatically single-use as well.
Good luck!
Hi Kelsi, I reviewed all the options for single use link, and it’s pretty manual. I am sending out an email to 100+ clients to book a consultation event, and need the single use link to be Auto Generated instead of manually having to: (1) generate a link, (2) copy & paste 100+ links. Is there a way to achieve this?
Note: I am also using a routing form to enable clients to choose whom they want to meet with, and based on their answer, they would be directed to the right booking page.
Thanks.
that only helps manual links. Im on the same situation as mentioned by Hozaifah - I have a link to a free call on my landing page and I can’t be generating unique links. All I want is that the link expires for that specific person (either based on email or IP) so that a specific person cannot book it twice with me.
How can I do that?
I have the exact need as @Kris25264 — we have an email that is delivered via CRM automatically every 6-months that is intended to be used by the recipient once. But, they then sometimes go back and use the same email. We can’t manually change every email that goes out but a dynamic one-time use link would be amazing.
