I book meetings on Alignables smart connects to my google calendar and it is blocked for the time slot but then someone can book a zoom meeting with me for the same time slot how do I fix this

Calendly looks for two things when checking for conflicts:
- The event in your Google Calendar is marked as Busy:
- If you use different sub-calendars, ensuring each sub-calendar is checked over on your Calendar Connections page here: https://calendly.com/app/personal/availability/connected_calendars
Could you verify the settings on your connections page, as well as the events being added to your calendar are marked as Busy? If they are marked as Free, they will be ignored by Calendly.
