I recently changed the domain I'm working from "swierscoaching” to “swiermiedema”. Most works fine, but for the Firefox add-in, that keeps presenting links to the old domain, which no longer exists, and results in 404 errors.. When I try to approach support for this, I get a blank help screen, so I'm not getting further there. Any ideas?

Troubleshooting steps to fix the support page: 

  • clear cache and cookies (steps below)
  • completely exit and restart browser
  • check browser for app updates > install > restart browser
  • try another browser entirely
  • try an incognito/secret browsing window
  • try another device entirely

We suggest clearing your cache and cookies to see if it resolves this issue!
