Hi @BeltStyles!
Great question and definitely something we should be able to help you with.
First off, there are a few ways to make sure you’re getting notified. I’d suggest:
-
Use the mobile app and turn on push notifications for new bookings, reschedules, and cancellations. Open the app > Settings > Notifications and toggle them on. You’ll get instant alerts on iPhone or Android.
-
Switch your event types to calendar invitations so your phone’s calendar app alerts you automatically when a meeting is booked. This adds the event to your connected calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.), which triggers your normal phone notifications.
-
Prefer texts? Use Workflows to send SMS to yourself when a new event is booked and/or before it starts. Set a “New event is booked” or “Before event starts” Workflow and choose “Send text to host.”
If you are using one of those solutions, but still not getting notified:
-
Check the event’s Notifications & workflows: switch to calendar invitations if you want calendar-based phone alerts (or keep email confirmations if that’s your preference).
-
Relying on email confirmations? Safelist the sender address notifications@calendly.com so host emails don’t get filtered.
If you’ve already tried all this, let me know and we’ll keep troubleshooting together.
Hi!
Thanks for writing and for the info. I still don’t see a notification on Calendly on the app. Can you help me with that?

Hi @BeltStyles, sorry you are still having trouble with notifications. I’m going to leave a couple links here that should answer you question.
- Here is a great Help Center Article → How to view your meeting notifications in the mobile app
- Another Help Center Article on setting up mobile notifications → How to set up mobile notifications for scheduled or changed events
I hope that helps and let us know how it goes!
