Whats going on with Calendly? GLITCH… hurting my business.

I took a look and it appears you’re still on a paid plan - If you’d like for us to take a closer look at whats going on, I’d recommend chatting in with our support team using the chat bubble. From there you’ll be able to share your screen so they can look into whats going on!

Your Chatbot says i still have a “feee account” and can only submit a support ticket. unitil last night (NOT BY MY FAULT) I had a PAID ACCOUNT. then for WHATEVER reaason I was downgraded, events were deleted, emails on my account were changed to OLD emails… and I lost customers who thought I cancelled the events. Today, I went into the system and paid for the next year to get my events back on. Now I have no access to old data and my account is fu+ked… Your chat ot wont allow me to speak with an agent… I’;m pissed

Hi ​@Jonathan Anderson - It looks like support sent a follow up email this morning to the same address thats on your Calendly account, can you check your spam/junk for that email? It should be coming from support@calendly.com.

I have a similar but different challenge. Post my free trial, I only have one type of meeting (this is ok) but I now cannot either change existing meetings to this one type of meeting OR reschedule the old meetings. So I m stuck. Thoughts?

Can you send me some screenshots of what you’re seeing in your account? This will help me look into this further!

Keep in mind, if these are meetings that have occurred in the past, the reschedule button would be removed as an option.
