Question

Global availability not event based?

I have a personal Calendly link that is set to 1:1 appts with the hours set to avail and capped at 3 event types a day.

I am part of a team Calendly Round robin. This event type uses my hours and capped event settings.

However, the issue is that I need 3 events a DAY capped. The issue is that 3 appts are booked in my personal link however the team Calendly is still allowing appts to be booked because the events caps don’t speak to each other it seems.

HALP from the overbooked and overcooked.

Oh, we definitely do not want you to be overbooked and overcooked @Jessie45806!

Unfortunately right now we don’t have the functionality to limit across all event types, but we’ve heard it often enough that are Product team is super aware and there’s been some exploration on the matter. I very much hope/think we’ll see it addressed at some point!

Thanks for your help Jillian. I figured that since I could not find the setting anywhere, it was not possible. But, I like to ensure I am not making an assumption.

Well, here comes a messy calendar of randomly blocked off times once my cap is reached. 😅

Toodle-loo and thank you

Hi @Jessie45806, just an update here - this feature just launched. You can now set Host Meeting Limits to control how many total meetings you take across all event types. Your feedback helped us shape this update!
