Gmail integration: allow links to expire

I know when sharing a link from the Calendly home page, I can select the “Let this link expire after the first booking” option. However, I typically share from within g-mail. Is there a way to have these links expire as well?  Is there a default setting to have all links expire after the first booking?

Hey there, @Erika41510 - great question! Firstly, check out our New User Guide - it’ll def prove helpful as you get used to the platform!

Unfortunately, there is no one-click way to seamlessly share single-use links from Calendly via Gmail. You would need to go into Calendly and create a single-use link, then go back to share it. You also cannot default all links for an event type to single-use at this time.

What you can do is consider using One-Off Meeting types when you have this need. Check out the link to learn more!

This Help Center article goes over creating and sharing one-off meetings from the Gmail integration, as well as other helpful tips for this use case/your goals!

I hope this helps!
