My Google calendar is not synced with a new event I created.  I have checked multiple forums and have done everything that has been suggested:  deleting calendar and adding again; choosing the event for availability; making sure my appointments show up on the calendar as busy; cleared my history and data, etc.  And the calendar does appear when I try to set up a one off meeting.  I’m stuck.

Hi @Cindy45345 - Thanks for reaching out!

Can you send me a screenshot of what you’re running into? Are events made in Calendly not showing up in your Google Calendar? But you do see the calendar and your events when creating a one-off meeting, is that correct?

Let me know and I can start digging into this

I have these settings but when i go to do a test booking , it shows these parameters and all the time as open.  When  my Google calendar has meetings booked and time showing as busy.

Thanks for sending this over Cindy!

Seems like there is more to it here if you’re seeing this error. One thing we can try here is logging out of the Calendly account and open an incognito window/different browser. Once you have opened an incognito window, please log into Calendly in the incognito window and add your calendar connection to see if we get that same error.
If you’re still seeing this error - I’d recommend checking with your IT team or Google Workspace Admin to see if Calendly is blocked on their end, which would cause an error like this.

Could you check these two steps for me? Thank you!

In incognito mode, I did get a message that my calendar did sync.  I restarted my computer.  However when the event booking still shows my unavailable time as available.  Unfortunately, my IT team does not support Calendly.  Is there anything else we can try?  Does it matter that my Calendly and Google Calendar log in are different passwords?

Okay its good to see the connection worked this time, your Calendly & Google Password being different will not cause issues.  We can take a look at the availability issue next.

Could you send me a screenshot of what times should be blocked off, but are showing available in Calendly? Are these events in a different sub-calendar by chance? Let me know!
