Google Calendar issue obtaining attendee names / emails addresses in the invite

Need help managing our meetings - we’re not seeing the attendees name and email address showing up as formal attendees - typically the invite will only show the owner of the meeting and no attendee(s). Why is this happening?
It works on my calendar, but not for my team. Is there something in settings causing this? Thoughts suggestions?

Hi @Rick26163 - Thanks for reaching out.

Can you send me a screenshot of whats going on? What types of events are you working with here, Group Events or Collective? Let me know!

I can dig a bit more into it from there.

Think we figured it out - it’s group events 1:20 and it’s a privacy/confidentiality matter. Any meeting that is 1:1 or 1:few within the same company we can see the attendees / emails addresses, but if larger meeting with attendees across multiple orgs this is blinded. ~Rick

Okay great! Glad you figured it out.

Yes this is correct, any group event does not show the invitee list to any other invitee, only to the host. If your users would need to see who is part of the meeting, this would need to be viewed from Calendly directly. :)
