Hello:

I have 4 users attending a conference. During their time there they want to schedule 1:1 meetings with clients. I want to be able to create a calendar for the conference time period where each user is in a group, and we can all see each other’s Calendly calendar of meeting schedule during this time.

For example:

“The Lodging Conference” October 7-10 is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm pacific each day.

USERS 1, 2 3, 4 each has a calendly event for this

All 4 users can see all 4 calendlys within this event.

Invitees pick the person they want to meet with from the group calendly link.

Hi @Michelle72772!

I think for this scenario I’d use a combination of Calendly and your native calendar application.

On the Calendly side, you’d want to create a Team landing page with the events with the 4 respective people. This could look like “30 Minutes with Jillian”, “30 Minutes with Michelle”, etc. and it’d be one link that allows users to pick the right event. You could also add a 5th event to the landing page which would be a Round Robin. This one would let clients book any available time across all 4 people.

On the calendar side, I’d add all 4 team members schedules to a shared calendar. This gives you and the other 4 easy visibility into what is still available, what’s booked, etc.

Does this help?
